MENTORSHIP PROGRAM 

1. General Information

  • Available position(s): 2

  • Duration: July 2020 - December 2020 

  • Amount of work: up to 10 hours/week (will vary depending on the job demand)

3. Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the External Relations Team to look for potential mentors, successful entrepreneurs, startup founders and webinar speakers in both the U.S and Vietnam

  • Work with the Mentorship Director to design the mentorship program and plan webinar contents to ensure that finalists are best prepared for the competition and strengthen what they need to improve

  • Send out calendar invites and accommodate both the mentors and mentees with general inquiries

  • Participate in our biweekly and weekly meetings

 

4. Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student, graduate student, or working professional 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in running events or projects is an advantage

  • Responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines are a must
