• Amount of work: up to 10 hours/week

3. Responsibilities 

• Finalize the proposal and list of potential sponsors; build and update a database for future uses

• Draft engagement letters and sponsorship proposals

• Maintain contact and follow up with sponsors, guest speakers, and honor guests on a regular basis to address their concerns, if any 

• Participate in our biweekly and weekly meetings

• Develop content for VietChallenge’s content platform VietLaunch.com, built in partnership with Republic.co

4. Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, graduate student, or working professional 

• Proficient command of English. Understanding Vietnamese is an advantage but not required

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in seeking/working with sponsors and guests is preferred

• Responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines are a must

• Experience with writing letters, proposals, emails, and contracts
