3. Responsibilities

​

Social Media Coordinator:

  • Develop, implement and manage VietChallenge social media strategy. Define the most important social media KPIs for 2019-2020 season.

  • Work closely with designers and editors to ensure content is informative and appealing

  • This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing

  • Manage, plan, and oversee social media content in order to maintain and grow VietChallenge’s online presence. 

  • Measure the success of every social media campaign (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin). Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies

Marketing Strategist:

  • Set specific marketing goals for the entire department. Implement marketing strategies aligned with set targets.

  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic and online engagement for VietChallenge social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin)

  • Analyze marketing metrics and forecast market trends

  • Research market to identify new opportunities

  • Contact and work with newspapers and television channels to cover news about the competition

  • Consult with the Design Team and Social Media Team to create visual materials that complement online communications

  • Generate innovative ideas to promote VietChallenge brand and our events/competitions

  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels 

 

4. Qualifications

​

Social Media Coordinator:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English (both verbal and written). Understanding Vietnamese is an advantage but not required.

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content writing or related fields.

  • Have a passion for writing and attention to details

  • A deep understanding of the ins and outs and latest and greatest of all prime social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, and how to create platform-specific content for these channels.

  • Able to multitask, organize, manage different projects/tasks

  • Responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines are a must

Marketing Strategist:

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

  • Understanding of web design

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Team management skills

  • Able to multitask, organize, manage different projects/tasks

  • Responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines are a must
