In June, VAS met with students, entrepreneurs, and start-ups from across Vietnam through three kick-off events. At the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city event, representatives of Alobase and VIoT— finalists of VietChallenge 2017 and 2018—shared with the audience their experience competing in VietChallenge and offered their advice for aspiring start-ups looking to grow their ideas through national https://vas.viettel.vnhttps://vas.viettel.vnhttps://vas.viettel.vnand global competition.

With VAS, Viettel and VietChallenge hope to create an ecosystem for Vietnamese entrepreneurs to enter the global market. Long Nguyen Hoang, Vice Director of Viettel Telecom, pointed out that such ecosystem is necessary for Vietnamese start-ups to build a greater vision for their business as Vietnamese start-ups often confine themselves to markets within the country.
